Requirements Intake

Design & Development

Material Selection
Procurement of hand-graded leather hides from certified tanneries or custom-milled knits and wovens dyed to exact pantone codes from partner textile mills.
Sampling Lab
Creation of a physical prototype / counter-sample. Clients review cut, drape, hand-feel, embellishment execution, and hardware fit before bulk approval.
Client Approval
Fit evaluation, revisions if required, and final sample sign-off. The approved sample becomes the strict "golden reference" for all bulk production inspection.
Bulk Production
