What is your typical turnaround time for prototype sampling?
Apparel prototypes (t-shirts, hoodies, cargo pants) typically require 7 to 10 working days
once fabrics and trims are confirmed. Leather garment sampling takes approximately 10 to 14
working days for hide grading, precision pattern cutting, and manual assembly.
Counter-samples are dispatched globally via express courier (DHL/FedEx).
Can you produce custom branded hardware and private-label trims?
Yes. We provide complete private-label branding services including custom molded zipper
pullers, branded metal snap buttons, high-definition woven neck labels, screen-printed care
tags, embossed full-grain leather patches, and custom retail polybags with barcodes.
Do you work from tech packs or can you create them from reference samples?
We work flexibly. If you have complete tech packs with CAD diagrams and measurement charts,
our engineers follow your specifications exactly. Alternatively, if you provide a physical
reference garment or sketches, our pattern-making department will draft production-ready
digital CAD patterns and grade rule charts for your sign-off.
How do you handle international shipping, freight, and export customs?
Operating directly inside Sialkot's Export Processing Zone (EPZ), we handle complete export
documentation, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and airway bills. Samples and
express orders ship door-to-door via DHL or FedEx Express Air (typically 3–5 business days).
Commercial bulk orders ship via consolidated air cargo or ocean freight container lines.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQs are structured to support emerging labels through to established fashion houses.
For custom leather garments, our MOQ starts at 30 to 50 pieces per style (with flexible size
splits). For custom cut & sew knit apparel (hoodies, t-shirts), our MOQ typically starts at
50 to 100 pieces per colorway.
